Your work with our company coincided with a period of profound change as we began to reorient Hitachi Vantara to meet the opportunities of the future. Transformation is demanding work, and some aspects are naturally discouraging at points in the process. In the midst of transformation communication can be difficult, but it also creates new opportunities throughout the company as we invest in growth areas like IoT, Cloud, software, services, flash and analytics. Collaborative communication to peers, management, and executives is a focus here at Hitachi Vantara. In fact, hearing opinions and feedback from our employees is key to our innovation and success. Though, there is always room for improvement in the ways we communicate and foster collaboration. We recently completed our company-wide Hitachi Insights Survey and will be looking closely at the feedback. We are working hard to improve our processes so thank you for your honest feedback.
