Pros
- Some of the rank and file are cohesive, there is a lot of team work. - Not the best benefits out there but the IHG employee rate is good but can be better
Cons
- The whole structure is governed and runs like a family-owned business. Senior management teams are backstabbing each other due to a power struggle but shows the team that they are cohesive. - Abusive in pulling authority or pulling rank. - Political, the Senior Management Team has no eyes to look at who is capable of working, and who isn't., They are blinded by what they hear from their favourites. - Turning a blind eye against mental health and well-being and constantly pushing to be top top top at the expenses and health of the team. - IHG Winning ways, but none of the senior management practices it. "Doing the right thing, Show We Care, Celebrate Differences, Work Better Together, Aim Higher" - Do not even give those who are special needs, for example autistic, a chance to further redevelop their job responsibilities. But rather, receiving complaints from customers means cannot work then terminating the services or non-confirmation of probation. - Too many two-faced employees inside this organization. a very political environment
