Pros
I worked in HR Department for 12 weeks. I made good friends with HR staff and we still meet up once in a while after I finished my internship. It was quite chilling working as an HR Intern. Everyone was friendly.
Cons
High turnover because employment benefits and bonus were not really high. Communication between top management team and other staff was not really effective.
