Colleagues quit within weeks. You’ll meet new faces daily — not because they’re hiring, but because people can’t wait to leave. That alone says it all. Management: Non-existent. Emails and complaints are ignored, staff are left unsupported, Toxic. Morale is in the gutter. Some colleagues display appalling attitudes, and unprofessional behaviour is the norm — not the exception. Gossip and passive aggression replace teamwork.
