Pros
Accepts diversity. Great learning exposure. Extremely helpful colleagues. Friendly and cordial work environment.
Cons
Its a personal opinion since I am not so fluent in the native language you tend to feel left out even though colleagues try there best to translate and make sure you are not left out from them but honestly knowing the language can greatly help. This is one of my short comings and company is okay to put efforts in helping me get better at it as well so not really so bad. Apart from that I can't think of any.
