+ good compensation + great work equipment + training possibilities + great colleagues
Cons
- at levels above Senior Director, beaurocracy is very heavy. - decisions are extremely slow, ambiguous and guidance is at 10000 feet. - no transparency from senior leadership on decisions taken, Town Hall guidance is again at 10000 feet, with not much actionable items except, do your best, own the product, act with urgency etc. - interdepartmental and inter business unit competition is high and therefore collaboration is beaurocratic. Most of the times, interdepartmental leads don't want to talk to each other on opportunities.
