There are no learning or growth opportunities. The company culture is that there is no culture, rather than taking criticism and improving the values they forced us to write a good review on glassdoor. The upper management thinks that they can get work done by screaming at people, there is no respect. The young people managers have no clue on how to manage a team A lot of bias in terms of recognition and a lot of work politics. Managers and the team members have to do the same work, only the salary is different managers are just glorified individual contributors there.
