- Turn over in a month is more than 50% - Last minute culture and most of the time have to make independent decision - 90% work culture has these mindset of working 24/7 thing. And also they practice these who come early usually cant go back on time. - No work life balance - No staff activity or valuable recognition for those who work their a** off.
