Pros
Excellent benefits package Generous paid time off Supportive management More emphasis on ability and experience than formal education Plenty of opportunity for US and global growth Swedes value the workers
Cons
Your coworkers will be difficult much of the time--it's retail, and retail attracts first-time workers, indifferent college students, and those bitter retail veterans who've never been promoted because they lack self-awareness, intelligence, or the "big picture" view to understand the competencies needed to be a leader. Managements is, as everywhere, hit and miss, but generally the company has high expectations for managers to act fairly and ethically. The best people you work with are those who are sticking around for promotion opportunities or for the good benefits. Working nights and weekends and holidays is a part of retail, but it's exhausting.
