      Pros

      I will admit that they were flexible while I was going to school. They also have good benefits.

      Cons

      Then money, or lack there of. Nights and weekends suck, but that is nearly all retail.

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
