      Great work life balance and excellent management team.

      Cons

      Removing many bonus schemes, reducing yearly bonuses and removing overtime. Promotion opportunities have been few and far between, potentially due to cut backs.

      Pros

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
