Pros
There will be outings and the company will provide gifts at the time of festivals. There is free milk along with horlicks, coffee and stuff like that.
Cons
No process at all. No one has proper idea of how things work and usually with their comments , we will be confused. No clarity in instructions. Too much of torture with tihs kind of work culture, atleast for me. They dont give variable pay if you are in notice period before the financial year, for the months you have worked too.
