      Type of work and projects in lifesciences, access to clients at even lower levels, strong people & talent (depends on office location)

      Cons

      Decreasing focus on consulting, compensation lags, very people and office driven experience which lacks consistency for consultants

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
