Their employee resource groups are amazing. Every manager I have had (and the corporate culture) has always told me family first. ITW is more focused on the whole employee. Focus is on getting the work done instead of punching a clock (this differs for the production plants). They also pay well and put their money where their mouth is when it comes to diversity and equity.
Cons
A decentralized culture can sometimes make it difficult to connect with your counterparts that are doing the same thing but in a different division.
