Horrible! Would not recommend to anyone! - Factory Worker ITW Employee Review

Worked there a whole 2 weeks through a temp service and was just let go with no explanation whatsoever. When I asked the boss why, he refused to tell me. Just said the temp agency should’ve told me-I was there the day he said they could’v should’ve told me but no word and no email or call. Went in every night, did my job without fooling around or causing trouble. Extremely boring and repetitive, backbreaking work with a couple very short breaks. No communication. Boss was snotty when he told me I was let go. Expect you to make rate the very next day after you start.
