      Indeed provides a large, free job database with easy navigation, job alerts, and company reviews.

      Cons

      it can be cluttered with outdated listings, duplicates, and occasional scams. Sponsored posts can also overwhelm search results. It’s a valuable tool, but best used alongside other job boards.

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
