      - Open PTO policy - 6mo paid maternal and paternal leave for those who desire to be parents, including adoptions - Pay isn't the highest but is still competitive - Primary managers are often helpful and care about your success

      Cons

      - Higher level management changes rules of evaluations every quarter just before they're due, which makes it harder to get a promotion - Too many managers managing other managers - Bonuses are determined by company earnings now instead of purely performance

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
