      - Employees are valued and respected - Great work/life balance with open PTO policy - Great pay and benefits - Awesome teammates

      Cons

      - The recruitment industry in general can be pretty high stress, clients can be demanding - You're kind of expected to always be improving yourself which is good in many ways, but the "growth mindset" can get exhausting and unrealistic at times too - It's a publicly traded company, so always beholden to shareholders

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
