Pure politics place, if you are a good boot licker, you will get good accounts to manage, and incentives will flow into your kitty with the virtue of bossism. People of good intention are put into situations to leave w/o any valid reasons, the place is pure play politics ground. Director/Sr Director are just playing around the system loopholes to save themselves by siphoning the revenue from one geo to other, just a point to ponder how the management is not looking into such events.
