      Pros

      Good team and support from colleagues. Market leader so a definite 'yes' in the industry. Known to fulfill its business commitments.

      Cons

      Sheep of the herd mentality prevalent. Its becoming more or less like a government organisation. Good work is appreciated only in words and not by cash rewards. Bad HR policies and the people at the helm need to adapt their values to changing times. Policies not at all employee friendly. Good place only for freshers or higher management.

      2 at-home days per week

      Cons

      Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
