Pros

There are some very highly talented employees there, who can help you and teach you about your work field. Overall a very good environment. And because it is the top most IT company of India, so it will always makes your career and resume more strong. Can be a very good move for your professional career.

Cons

Policies are very strict, so sometimes you will be get frustrated due to the strict and some irrelevant polices. And if we talk about facilities like food court, gym, sports, pantry, time relaxation etc. then it lags far behind from the competitive companies like TCS, Cognizant etc.
