      Pros

      Appreciates good performance. It is a good company for people with strong work ethic. Very helpful for ones overall development and skills. Training provided is world-class. Amazing facilities, beautiful campus. Mysore Campus is one of the best in the country. Good Work culture. Top management is approachable . A Bottom - Up company.

      Cons

      No salary increment for some time because of poor performance of the company. Leadership change has impacted the company negatively in my opinion.

      2 at-home days per week

      Cons

      Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
