Pros

Infosys works very hard to keep the female employees. They offer 8 weeks of paid leave at 100% of salary. Very compelling as I hear this is quite unheard of.

Cons

No respect for personal time as you're expected to be on call 24x7, especially on engagements in which you have manage off shore resources. You are also expected to do internal projects. Your sweat is not adequately compensated in pay equivalence. Too much politics required to get noticed and promoted.
