Pros

Teams are good, colleagues are good. You will be paid good while joining first.

Cons

Managers are very bad. Management is very bad and keeps changing. Very strict and micro management policies/rules. Very less you see appreciation from management/managers. Not good employees favor policies. No proper salary hikes. No growth once you are in. Very less promotions and salary hike, not up to the market standards, very less compare to its competitors.
