Pros

haven't noticed any pros at all

Cons

where to start... this company is a joke, senior management and team leaders are like a prison wardens. subject matter "experts", team leaders and senior management in majority got thieir positions for being good puppets and are very unproffessional/unskilled. if you ask different sme's same question regarding process everyone will give you a different answer and none of them may be right. training team is another story, if you point out that they are telling something wrong, you'll be shouted at and will get disciplinary for undermining their authority. do not question seniors when they are wrong or voilate you rights, you'll get disciplinary too. but real gem is hr... their purpose is to protect site lead/team leaders, they have no other duties. and if you ever think that your rights should be respected, forget about it. hr is there to come up with unsupported accusations If you ever point out that your rights being voilated and will give ya disciplinary too. senior management has no moral spine at all, those who give a good rating to this company are in a clique or trying to get into it. company is from india and has their low standards when it comes to emplyee's rights. no respecta at all for human being. everything is ahppening under protection of site lead whos the main character responsible for all this. I WOULDN'T RECOMEND THAT PLACE TO MY ENEMIES, IF I HAD ANY!
