- Good place to grow and explore for graduates / starters. - Your superior can be nice and understanding, or terrible. Depending on your project. - Avenues for you to learn and build knowledge.

Cons

- Low salary, need to pay for healthcare insurance if you want to be covered medically, few leaves, no other perks that I can think of. - You can't choose your projects unless you fight REALLY hard; otherwise, you quit. - No bonuses so far, even after a few projects. - Rich company, but the staff are not compensated enough. - Work life balance depends on your project / department / superior
