Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I’m glad that teamwork is a real positive for you. Your colleagues agree - in our most recent employee survey, ‘my team’ was the top rated area, in particular that colleagues go out of their way to help others. It’s great to hear. It’s a shame that you feel the benefits package is a drawback. We work hard to ensure this is competitive and a couple of years ago, we introduced flexible benefits so that people can choose the things work best for them. Options include healthcare, dental, extra annual leave, critical illness cover and life insurance. Finally, in your review you highlight a ‘top down’ approach. Whilst our senior team sets the direction of our company, we always want to hear the views of our colleagues and actively get them involved in things like new business bids as well as our regular employee surveys.
