      Wage is pretty good but doesn't out way the stress

      Cons

      Over worked- more and more tasks added to your work load and expectations remain the same. Told to do training in your own time after a full day of work. Company doesn't abide by there own values, they are not bothered about participants or staff just that they make money

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
