Cons
This organization is not a suitable place for fresh graduates to begin their careers. The lack of structured mentorship, training programs, and clear career development opportunities makes it difficult for early-career professionals to build a strong professional foundation. Unfortunately, many employees feel that their career growth has been negatively impacted due to the absence of proper guidance and development initiatives. The HR department demonstrates significant inefficiencies, particularly during the employee exit process. Even after employees complete their notice period and fulfill their responsibilities, the offboarding process often becomes unnecessarily complicated. Several employees have experienced delays in receiving their final settlement. Additionally, statutory obligations such as Provident Fund (PF) contributions and related documentation are reportedly not processed on time, raising serious concerns regarding compliance with labor regulations. The leadership team appears to lack a clear strategic vision and long-term roadmap for business growth. There is limited evidence of structured planning, innovation, or strategic direction that would enable the organization to grow and remain competitive in the market. Management frequently encourages employees to post positive feedback on job portals, which gives the impression that the company is attempting to improve its public reputation artificially rather than addressing the underlying organizational issues and employee concerns. Overall, many of the company’s operational and HR practices raise concerns about transparency, ethics, and adherence to standard labor compliance practices. Addressing these issues through stronger governance, ethical HR policies, and better leadership accountability would be essential for improving the organization’s credibility and workplace culture.
