      Flexible timings and few good employees

      Cons

      They hire you like a labour and assign work to you not by your field of interest or what they initially hired you for .. they treat you as a labour and assign work whichever comes to them for example they hire a Aircraft pilot and give him work as a cab driver

      It's a pure staff augmentation company. Management gives a damn care to their employees. It's only a hire and fire company runs by a female COO. If you really love and care for your family, then my suggestion is don't join this company.

      best for UI developers only,

      This is not a company it is like school. They have small projects only they are getting income from UI developers only. They didnt have other development projects. When coming in to innominds they say so many things, but happening something here. SO ONCE U COME VTH ONE TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE U END UP IN LEARNING SOMETHING ELSE. If u didn't select in any other company interviews they vl train us in UI technologies. There are so many politics are going here. Every mgr thinks we are slaves and v r fit for nothing. And coming to the development part, they don't have projects. They hire us and send to other companies interviews. just like consultancies.
