Pros

If you are in the Product team, you will learn a lot and the work is quite interesting. However, if you are stepping into the Customer Success team, think twice—there isn’t much opportunity to learn or be creative. It often feels like repetitive, operational work focused mainly on implementing things for customers. And Lot of dependency with product teams, who have thousand things to handle.

Cons

The management lacks experience, and employees are often not appreciated for the work they do. Many of us feel undervalued within the organization. There is no real scope for creativity in the Customer Success team—it is purely implementation-focused engineering. If you have other options, I would recommend not joining

Thank you for your candor. You've touched on something that’s not always easy to say. The experience can differ quite a bit depending on the team you're in, and that's not ideal. We want learning, creativity, and appreciation to be things everyone has access to, not just some. We're working through these things thoughtfully, and leadership development is a real area of focus for us right now. Feedback like yours helps us understand where the gaps are.
