The only pro I can really think of is the salary.

I’ve worked in healthcare in my entire life and this is by far the worst company I ever worked at. First all they don’t even have proven products they sell vaporware. Also, management is so messed up. Leadership does not care if they put someone in a management position and they fail. Employees like myself are left to figure everything out on their own. This is a very unethical company with unethical views. They repeatedly lie to prospects. Day after day, I heard them lie. If you tell anyone in the company, but you don’t agree with the standards of lying, you are retaliated against instantly. There’s also no work life balance. Projects are given to you at 3 PM Eastern time and are due by 9 AM Eastern in the next day.
