      Pros

      The People: super smart, super motivated, super friendly and helpful. The amazing "we're in this together" culture. Calence "punched above its weight" and worked with some great clients on important projects.

      Cons

      The consulting/ management services business means that client service is critical - this led to travel and some long hours.
