Pros
- We currently get lunch two times a week and breakfast on Fridays. - Company is still in an exceedingly high rapid growth phase and the ability to move up has been great. - Annual Performance based bonus/raise at the end of the year has been nice. - Being in multiple cities I've had the ability to move between offices with ease as well as work from home if needed. - Little to no micro-management if you're doing the work requested of you. - Expectations clearly defined for my role and what is needed of me on a day to day basis. - Fast paced, days fly by and the next thing you know you're going home.
Cons
- Delineation of duties, some people still wear several hats so if you need certain things done it can be delayed a bit for them to become available. - More consistent feedback on performance good and bad.
