Pros
Supportive company, leaders and individuals. Huge individual development growth opportunities as the company is growing rapidly. Servicing diverse industries, making the work extremely interesting. Great vision ‘to end death in the workplace’. Plans for big investment in the product. The right industry to be in at the moment, with all the focus on environmental reporting, which most companies globally need to adhere.
Cons
Overall Package should include a much better bonus and company car, company shares etc. Not proactive enough, and too reactive. Not enough people for the work, and not as well structured as should be to support growth plans. Start-up / small company mentality needs to change to fit the demands of a growing company.
