Invested in its Employees - Anonymous employee Ipsos Employee Review

I've seen great improvement with Ipsos taking action toward employees concerns and ideas. We have career (trade fairs) to educate and encourage internal division transfers, hiring classes for entry level (which means more support and working efficiently) and they provide more conferences/trainings for personal and career development. I've been with the company for about 9 years and I can say we are headed the right direction.
