Pros

Like any job, you learn. You have to push yourself to stay mentally tough enough to tolerate the atmosphere.

Cons

This company is all about big corporate. Business Units. Unreasonable working hours. It wasn't uncommon to find someone crying in a corner every single day. They are all about profit before people and don't care a single bit about the people who build their business. Their biggest talent is attracting the worst, most callus management. Great learning experience, but avoid if at all possible.
