Pros

-Very easy job (but it gets boring). They hired me on the spot, I thought that was a good thing but they are just desperate. -Some people are nice.

Cons

-The workplace culture is horrible. Upper management is rude and acts like younger employees are useless. -Pay is below market average. Benefits are so so. They make it clear that taking sick days or too many vacation days (that YOU earn) will make you look bad and inconvenience your team. -There are very few promotions and you also have no indication when one will come. Management might tell you a certain month and you don't hear back for months after. No set career paths. Get ready to sit in a position forever just to be promoted with no raise at all. -Absolutely zero training or orientation. They don't seem to care much about their company or making new employees feel apart of things or up to speed. -They were recently acquired by Ipsos (who seems to put more effort into their company) so it seems like the company is involved but they are very disconnected. -My manager would constantly set me up to fail and micromanage. There is no managing of employees, they manage accounts and money/business is all they care about. They will acquire more projects when their current ones are struggling. -Very horrible communication, people will get hired/fired with no notification to the team. There is no transparency and I never knew what was going on. -The company is so far behind its competitors in terms of technology and branding. The online surveys look like they're from the 90's and the graphic design team is not up to speed. My computer rarely worked, same with phone. They have no laptops or company phones. -The office is so outdated and the company is extremely cheap with work functions and social functions. They really do not care about rewarding employees. -There's no movement within the company, you're hired in and you just wait for someone to get fed up and quit to move ahead.
