Pros

Will update once I find it.

Cons

If you want to develop something Automated it won’t be supported by your manager rather the higher management from USA counter part will do the same stealing the concepts but still write inefficient version of the same code. Be prepared to work for all 7 days. Get mentally prepared as they offer a very well "WORK-WORK-BALANCE". You might feel sick, suffering from fever but will still be asked to work on projects. Manager will use slang language in the floor and your one level up colleague will also use slang language in the floor to you and they will be very proud and will gossip that “I have given him.her slang”. Most Toxic work environment I have ever seen. And the head of those team doesn’t utter a word against them, because if they say a word, those managers can put down their paper. Here, you will not get your personal time, personal space, you will not get time to develop yourself (if you want to learn python, they will say you “what you will do after learning python? These skill development will not help you”) according to them work like a donkey and then you die they will not care. If you can become toxic like them then you will be in a good position, otherwise they will torture you in every possible ways. Worst company to work. People over there will always pull down every other company. The senior management would behave in such a way as if we are their slaves. The HR is just for no purpose, if you approach them and mention about an issue, they will say "You should have come earlier, now it's too late. It's beyond our scope to help." Now comes higher management team. I wish they had back bone to take stand for their teams rather saving their own back. They'll ask you to deliver the projects atleast for one last time and promise that things are gonna get better in near future. But that future would never come. They would rather say that their hands are all tied up and all they can do is support favouritism. There are a few employees who know how to come in limelight and whom to cling so that they can maintain their position. Infact recently heard that the CEO has also asked all his employees to look for better opportunities if anyone finds that the current work environment and goals are not suitable. Am updating my review for the second time. So to summarise if you are good in politics, if you are having no technical knowledge but can present yourself in the best possible way, if you want no personal and career growth then yep, go for it.
