Good company if you want to access a global network of brilliant people that have a lot of expertise in any area of market research and consultancy. It's a good company to start working on, and gain a broad perspective of marketing and business management from the agency side.
Cons
-Salaries could definitely be higher. -Career growth won't happen unless you actively ask for it -They don't typically like to rotate their employees within the organization, which makes them work in silos rather than collaborate
