IT is responsive with updated systems that rarely crash; HR department maintains a neutral position in challenging situations and offers more assistance in problem-resolution than I've seen elsewhere

Management unprofessional and political; poor training; lack of accountability from management for their actions; compensation (input) is reflected in the quality of the output...needs attention
