Jive is a company like no other I have experienced in my 17 year career. EVERYONE is passionate about the work they do, about the company's direction, mission and solution. The key to success here is collaborate and partner with co-workers to deliver the simple best in class service to our customer and prospects. People are friendly, the perks (even for contractors) are definitely worth it and there is a strong human side to this small exciting company. Oh yes, you will work hard...but when work is exciting and challenging it is definitely worthwhile. The leadership is honest, fair and pragmatic.
