Pros
Great, talented people who keep the company running on the daily despite company-wide systemic issues. When some days or periods were so bad, I at least felt like my co-workers and colleagues cared about me.
Cons
HR leadership is corrupt and has been for a long time. Ego-inflated CEO/c-suite leadership, diverse hires that aren't qualified. The company hires in peaks like crazy and then has to go through a down-sizing effort every couple of years which rocks the whole organization and instills instability and fear in people so badly they are unable to work effectively for months. Has lost it's reputation of being a loyal quality employer.
