No professionalism on calls or meetings. Micromanagement and threats for getting fired are given to employees if they raise questions. No one takes feedbacks positively; It hurts their egos No set work hours : If work is there, then all is well, or else wait till the work arrives even if it is at 9PM in the night and your shift ends at 5:PM. No pay for shift extensions and overtime.
