Supportive Team Lead No salary discrepancy WFH

Worst management (Apart from TL) Attitude of SMEs and Junior Wannabes: They think they own everyone in the team and show off like they are kings. Rude and unprofessional talks are daily norms here! No professionalism on calls or meetings. Micromanagement and threats for getting fired are given to employees if they raise questions. No one takes feedbacks positively; It hurts their egos No set work hours : If work is there, then all is well, or else wait till the work arrives even if it is at 9PM in the night and your shift ends at 5:PM. No pay for shift extensions and overtime.
