Chaos and disorganization nonstop. There is a new CEO and has restructured the company and absolutely annihilated morale. A chunk of upper leadership left when he came on and it's become a trickle down effect down to the recruiters. It's a constant revolving door. Tenured recruiters are leaving en masse because the company has gone down hill. Very little grace for not meeting numbers. They don't care much about you as a person. You're only as good to them as the money you bring in. I work late every single day to make goals and I have a baby. I wouldn't do it if I weren't scared that I'd lose my job and not be able to provide for her.
