I have worked with Kelly Services for 2 weeks of tenure. In 2 weeks I realized that its not a right place to work where your leaders treat you like school kids. I come with an experience of more than 5+ years and was hired for KITR team of Kelly services. I was set and given different expectations and role during the interview process but when I joined Kelly it was totally different. My lead treated me like a slave . They expect you to work 24/7 and get the business for the organization. They dont care about your personal life. Also they dont have any good clients to work with. No time flexibility is provided by organization and if you are late even by 1 minute they will make you sing and dance like a joker infront of all employee as a punishment. Managers and leaders are worst as they expect respect from you and dont give respect back to you. Leaders will insult you on the floor infront of all. In 2 weeks of experience I realized that it is one of the most micro managed organization and recommend not to join this organization or else you will end up pushing yourself in hell.

Pros

Excellent Culture Provides Opportunities Respects opinions and people Has an opportunity to work in 3 locations and grow within the organization. It's one of THE best places to work in the industry. Like all organization has gone through a cycle of reinventing itself and some including me might have left at that time - more due to personal motivation issues. Otherwise, culturally strong, performance driven and transparent leadership.

Cons

Talking for self - I wish I was paid more for my role (I am sure everyone else feels the same in any role and in any organization)

Good Friendly culture Good HR policies lots of awards and recognition Employee engagement activities are good

Managers are not very supportive and motivating Poor incentive plans No flexi working hours no personal motivation activities undertaken HR does not take much initiative in grievance handliing. Favoritism is at its peak. Less Opportunities to grow Less verbal appreciations started 6 day working
