I actually worked there from 2016-2017. I liked them overall for sending the equipment and for the pay at the time. The pay during the time I was there was $13/hr for training and it increased once you made it to fully take calls. By the time I had left my pay rate had increased to $16 almost $17/hr. I believe now that’s the starting rate for the production floor.
Cons
What I found to be unfair with them was the fact that I had gotten a bad survey (which wasn’t directed to me but how the system is set up since I took over the call the guy filled out my survey thinking it was for the person he had spoken to first) and instead of them giving me a warning, demoting me or even writing me up they fired me and put me on the non-rehire list.
