The only positive is that the insurance benefits are decent, although a bit pricey.
Cons
Kelly Services is absolutely terrible to deal with in regards to fair compensation. They refuse to negotiate salary and will keep you at the low end of the pay scale. Having been given excellent reviews, the largest pay increase has been below 3% in my time with this company.
Flexible work schedule during the week and the ability to plan based on teachers putting in PTO and putting it on the calendar. The use of the computer to select dates of employment and to put in timecard information is intuitive. Having an app to look at when not at a computer to see job opportunities is also convenient. Communication from Kelly is awesome.
Cons
Schools not needing substitutes during the summer break. Not knowing what number Kelly is contacting me from for short notice opportunities.

Pros
Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board
Cons
There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
