Pros
The store I work at is very friendly and the management is awesome. I can always find somebody to take any shifts I do not want and can almost always pick up more shifts from others. Its a great job for a person new to the workforce to establish experience.
Cons
However, even with a new, more organized manager, the store is still very disorganized and communication between management and associates can use some work.I find the work to be very stressful on my body, so you have to be strong and easily entertained to work there. The pay is horrible. Making only 8.25/hr for the amount of work we do, and only about 20 hours a week, just is not enough to make a living.They push credit like crazy, and you will be scolded if you do not get credit.
